Magnesium (from magnesium malate), hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide and vegetarian coating (hypromellose (cellulose), calcium carbonate, glycerin).
The manufacturer states that the product is not made with ingredients containing wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish and sesame. It is produced in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Usage and warnings
Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day, preferably with meals. The maximum daily amount is 3 tablets (339 mg of magnesium).
